Better Baker Pancake Bowl

Pancake Bowl

1 egg
¾ cup milk
2 tablespoons margarine melted
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg until fluffy.  Add milk and melted margarine. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
Liberally spray the Better Baker® with a cooking spray with flour. Pour batter into bowls to the fill line.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until brown. Remove from oven and let bowls cool 3-5 minutes. Turn out onto waxed paper and fill with the filling of your choice.

2 ½ cups peeled cored and cut up apples
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoons minute tapioca
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
½ teaspoon lemon juice, fresh or bottled
Combine apples and sugar in large saucepan. Stir. Let stand until juice starts to be released. Stir as you bring it to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil hard for 1 minute. Mix in tapioca, cinnamon and lemon juice. Boil hard for 1 minute more.  
Fill Pancake bowls with apple filling, and use the syrup of your choice.
